Virtual Machine Request
To get access to a private virtual machine, please follow the procedure below.
Application Process
Download Form
Download the application form.
Fill Details
Complete the form with the following information:
Basic Information:
- Applicant: Your full name.
- Project Supervisor: Full name of your supervisor.
- Purpose: Detailed purpose for using the VM.
Responsible Person Details:
- Full name, Student ID, non-school email, and private phone number.
- Planned project end date.
Deadline Policy
After the planned end date, the virtual machine will be deleted. To extend the deadline, you must submit a new form to
help@pjwstk.edu.pl.Obtain Signatures
You must obtain your Supervisor’s signature.
Critical Requirement
If there is no supervisor’s signature, the application will not be considered.
Submit Request
Deliver the completed form using one of these methods:
- In Person: Deliver to BSS (Room 204, Building B).
- Email Scan: Send a scan of the signed form to
help@pjwstk.edu.pl. - Via Supervisor: Your supervisor can email the form directly (signature optional in this case).
Eligibility Requirements
Who can apply?
- You must be a PJATK student.
- You must have an active student account.
- You must have Supervisor approval.
