Reasons for Account Locks
Accounts are locked for many reasons and in various ways, usually for two reasons:
- Lack of payment or arrears in the dean’s office (failure to complete formalities)
- Network security breach
Checking Lock Reason
Visit Password Portal
Go to the website haslo.pjwstk.edu.pl.
Check Status
Provide only your login in the panel on the left side to check the reason.
Effects of Account Lock
Dean’s Office Lock
In the case of an account being locked by the dean’s office:
- ❌ You CANNOT log in on school computers
- ❌ Most services do not work
- ✅ Logging into email still works
- ✅ Changing the password still works
Security Breach Lock
In the case of an account being locked due to a security breach, please contact BSS directly.
