Employee Account Application

Why You Need an Account

A PJATK computer account is essential for:

Account Creation

Download Application

Fill Out the Form

Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, fill in all required fields, and save it to your disk.

Verify Data

Send the filled form to an authorized person for data confirmation. Authorized persons include:

  • Deans and Vice-Deans
  • Department Heads
  • HR Department Staff

Submit

The authorized person (not you) must send the verified application to: konto@pja.edu.pl. Once created, account details will be sent to your private email address.

Paper Submission In special cases, you can print the form, get it signed by an authorized person, and deliver it to Room 204.

Account Extension

Automatic Extension

If you are teaching classes, your account may be extended automatically.

Check Class Assignment

Log in to the Katedra system.

Verify Classes

  1. Select “Your classes” from the left menu.
  2. Choose the upcoming semester.
  3. If classes are listed, your account will be automatically extended until 1 month after the semester ends.
PESEL Requirement Automatic extension works ONLY if your PESEL number is registered in the Gakko system. If you do not have a PESEL on file, please contact pomoc@pja.edu.pl immediately.

Manual Extension

If automatic extension fails (e.g., missing PESEL or no assigned classes yet), follow the Account Creation procedure above, using the same form.
